Amber joins FRB with a remarkable career in credit and risk management. She has held senior leadership roles in credit, including serving as Chief Credit Officer, founding and leading credit teams at both established and newly launched financial institutions, and directing credit and risk functions for a rapidly growing bank that surpassed $1 billion in assets. Amber also brings extensive experience in developing innovative credit solutions for commercial clients.
